Sweeten up this winter season with a bit of Whidbey Island Distillery Boysenberry! The sweetness of this drink is a perfect match for the bitter chocolate. You may even wish to add a sprinkle of kosher salt.

  • 1 shot vanilla vodka

  • 1 shot Whidbey Distillery Boysenberry Liqueur

  • 1 shot whipping cream

  • 4-5 dashes chocolate bitters

Shake with ice, and strain into dark chocolate dipped coupe.

How do you dip the coupe you may ask?

Melt dark chocolate chunks with coconut oil on a double boiler. Once melted, dip the coupe and place over another glass, inverted, so the drippings turn up instead of down.
