   Congratulations on bringing the artisan distiller movement to Whidbey Island. I’d love to talk with and see what you’re doing, if you should ever have the time. I’ve got a book on homemade fine spirits coming our in the spring, published by The Amphora Society, so I have more than a passing interest.

   I wish you the best of luck, and I’m overjoyed to see the spread of the small-scale distillery.
